How does it work?
Great question! Once we receive your inquiry regarding investing, construction, or purchasing property, we send over a document asking for some information regarding your interest in our services. We then schedule a virtual or in-person meeting to obtain further understanding of your goals and how we can assist.
Is there a minimum amount I can invest?
Our preferred minimum is $50,000. For those who do not have the full minimum amount, we urge you to meet with us so we may explore other options.
How long does the process take?
We can typically finish a project in 3 months. While there are rare instances in which this timeline can fluctuate, we do our best to maintain a strict deadline.
